Jayadevan shows all signs of his supremacy and control over violin when he plays the instrument. It has been characterized by purity of style, restraint and delicate inflections. No concert of his, even if it is an Indian Classic or a pure Fusion is complete without his inspiring and heart warming rendering. The scholarly touches are not contained to classical music alone. He is equally at home in the rendition of western styles also.

Started learning violin at an early age under Mr. Kalaksethram Mathew. Mr. Mathew is one of the pioneers in teaching violin and the 'Guru' of many a disciples. Established in 1948, Kalaskhethram follows ' Gurukulavidyabhyasa ' (the traditional style of education) and a strict pattern of 'Sadhana' (practicing). 

Jaydevan is also the disciple of Mr. Nedumangadu Sivanandan for his advanced training in violin. Mr. Sivanandan, the famous performer and teacher provided the rare opportunity to the young talent to learn more under his inspiring and scholarly guidance. He was extremely fortunate in getting the blessings and advises from the legendary singer Dr. M. Balamuralikrishna.

Conducted so many solo programmes all over India and abroad. Accompanied numerous  artistes  for  their  music  concerts  including  Dr.M.Balamuralikrishna, Dr.K.J Yesudas, T.M Krishna, Naivelli Santhana Gopalan, Soumya, Papanasam Asok Ramani, Geeta Rajashekar, Madurai Sundar, V.Dakshinamoorthi, Neyyatinkara Vasudevan, etc. He had also associated with famous instrumentalists like Thiruvaroor Bakthavalsalam, Thiruvizha Jayasanker, Valayapetty Subramanium, Chalakkudi Narayanaswami etc. 

Played for films under famous Music Directors including M.B. Sreenivasan , Jerry Amaldev etc. Worked with renowned choreographers. 

Associated with 'Kalaskethram', an Institute established to promote Indian Classical Music (Kottayam, India) and continued as its Treasurer for more than 10 years while reputed Nagaswaram Artiste Mr. Thiruvizha Jayasankar was President. During this period, Jayadevan organized several music festivals attended to by eminent musicians from different parts of India. He could also organize cultural events in connection with so many charitable and social organizations. He spared no efforts in popularizing classical music by different interactive sessions all over the State. 

Arranged and conducted fusion music programmes with western artistes in the prestigious Toronto Jazz Music Festival called Harbor Festival in 2002 and in Toronto Music Garden 2003. He has won accolades as he started playing for musical programme named “Music Has No Boundaries”. Also playing for a fusion band named ‘Viswamitra’ with artistes from different parts of the World. Some of their programmes have been named 'Anubhava'. Attended so many music programmes in 2005 to help the Tsunami victims in India and Srilanka for INCA and SLCA in Calgary Canada, which earned him the unqualified approbation of mixed audiences.

Actively participated in organising the Indian Republic Day and Independent Day celebrations in Toronto. Organised the most popular programme named 'Nruthanjaly ' for SACCO (South Asian Arts and Cultural Organization) in 2004.

Member of Indian Panorama since 2004. Founder and Director of SACCO. Also founder of SARIGA, Canadian School for Indian Music.

As a composer the young artiste is exploring new horizons in Carnatic, Western and Fusion music styles. Blending classical and western styles with traditional folk styles around the world is yet another innovation. The international community has recognised his compositions as the new gateway to world peace. 

Composed signature tunes and title musics for Canadian TV Channels like TVI and Radios such as ' Madhurageetham'. His jingles are most popular and catching in the advertisement world. 

Composed Albums for Invis Multimedia, Trivandrum, India. They are portrayed as the Symphony on Memories, Symphony on Love etc

Now working on an Album which combines the popular music forms around the world with an Indian Carnatic touch and western outlook.
